Where to find your figures in the new dashboards

Dashboard by dashboard: where each figure from your current Analytics dashboards lives now, and which filter or control to set to see it as before.

Every figure from your current dashboards has a place in the new ones. This article shows, dashboard by dashboard, where each figure lives now and which control to set to see it the way you did before.

1. Before you start

Find the dashboard you use today, then the figure. The Where it is now column reads as Dashboard › Tile. The Set column tells you which filter or control to use to get the same view. Rows marked Changed are calculated differently now: the note says what changed, and the data catalogue explains the new definition.

📌 How to access: app.smeetz.com > Analytics. POS statistics opens inside your point of sale, as before.

Five things apply to many figures:

  1. Amounts include VAT by default. Your current dashboards showed sales without VAT. Sales performance & trends, Capacity, demand & trends and Products & discount effectiveness have a VAT Basis control: set it to VAT-exclusive to see amounts without VAT. Daily overview shows amounts including VAT.

  2. One date per figure, with a switch. Your current dashboards showed each sales figure twice: by recognition date (the visit or event date) and by synchronization date (when the order was placed). The new dashboards show one figure and a Date basis control on Daily overview and Sales performance & trends: transaction is the synchronization date (default), recognition is the visit date. POS statistics stays on the recognition date.

  3. Tickets and retail are a filter. One sales figure, filtered with Item Category on Sales performance & trends, or Category on POS statistics.

  4. Ranked lists replace top 5. Where the current dashboard cut a list at five, the new tile lists everything, sorted. The first five rows are your old top 5.

  5. Attendance counts people, not scans. A visitor who scans twice counts once, and the no-show rate is never negative. Figures based on scans can differ from your current dashboard. Definition: Attendance rate

2. Daily overview

13. Figures without a direct equivalent

A few very specific figures have no tile in the new dashboards. If you rely on one of them, tell your Account Manager.

  • Email opens by recipient domain. The email dashboard has no split by recipient domain.

  • Per-campaign email rates in one table. The campaign table shows campaign, status and emails sent. To read one campaign's rates, set the Campaign filter and read the rate tiles.

  • Season tickets per member with issued, cancelled and valid tickets and sales. The membership tables show usage and discount per member, not ticket counts or sales.

  • Activities summary per time slot. The new tiles work per activity, not per slot.

  • Sales value heatmap by hour and day. The heatmap shows tickets; sales are shown as a line over time.
