Access and default filters

📌 How to access: app.smeetz.com > Analytics > Dashboards > Daily overview

  • Default date range: the last 30 days, with the previous period available for comparison.

  • Data currency: the dashboard refreshes roughly every 4 hours, and the header shows the exact time of the last refresh - check that tile to see how up to date the figures are.

Understanding the two date filters

  • Transaction date is the accounting completion date - when the booking was paid. Use it to see what you sold in a period.

  • Visit date is when the ticket is valid (the visit happens). Use it for attendance and operations - who is expected on a given day.

Visuals explained

Header band

  • Dashboard purpose: a one-line reminder of what the dashboard is for.

  • Last data refresh: when the figures were last updated. The data refreshes roughly every 4 hours.

Headline figures

  • Avg basket size per order: average number of items included in each order.

  • Avg value per order: average revenue generated per order.

  • Number of bookings: unique bookings (orders) placed in the period.

  • Customer return rate: share of customers who came back to book again - a key loyalty signal.

  • Ancillary revenue rate: share of revenue coming from add-on and ancillary products.

  • No-show rate: share of booked visitors who did not show up. If you do not scan visitors in, this rate will look high.

Sales performance

  • Revenue by channel: revenue split across sales channels, with each channel's share of the total.

  • Ticket sales by channel: number of tickets sold through each sales channel.

Volume and revenue breakdown

  • Tickets sold / Retail items sold: total tickets, and total retail (add-on) items, sold in the period.

  • Sales by segment: revenue broken down by the selected customer or product segment.

  • Sales by channel per venue: revenue by sales channel for each venue.

  • Top Sellers - Tickets / Retail: best-selling ticket and retail products by units and revenue.

  • Best seller tickets / retail products by venue: the top products for each venue.

Visitor operations

  • Checked-in visitors: how many visitors were checked in over the period.

  • Remaining visitors to check-in: visitors with valid bookings who have not yet checked in.

  • Walk-in vs reservation visitors: visitor count split between walk-ins and advance reservations.

  • Foot traffic trend: visitor check-ins over time, comparing the current period with the previous one.

Example scenarios

  • Check the day at a glance: read the headline figures to see today's order value, bookings and sales mix before the venue gets busy.

  • Find your strongest channel or venue: use Revenue by channel and Sales by channel per venue to see where sales are concentrated.

  • Stay ahead on attendance: watch Remaining visitors to check-in and No-show rate during the day, and keep scanning so the no-show figure stays accurate.

Data freshness

  • How current is the data: the dashboard refreshes roughly every 4 hours; the header shows the exact time of the last refresh.

Known limitations

  • Attendance figures (check-ins, no-show, foot traffic) cover daily tickets only - memberships are not included.

  • No-show rate depends on visitors being scanned in. If you do not scan, the no-show rate will look higher than reality.

  • Sales tiles use the Transaction date; attendance tiles use the Visit date. Comparing the two over the same calendar window will not match exactly, because a booking can be paid on one day and visited on another.

  • Monetary values are shown in your local currency.
