Your new Analytics dashboards: what's new and what changes

What's new in your Analytics dashboards, what stays the same, and what happens in October.

We rebuilt your Analytics dashboards around the questions you ask every day. Each figure now explains itself, you get new insights, and you choose how to look at your numbers. Your accounting and custom reports stay exactly as they are.

At a glance

  • Where: Analytics, in your backoffice, same place as today

  • What you need to do: nothing

  • From 12 October: the new dashboards, marked New, sit next to your current ones

  • 31 October 2026: your current dashboards are retired. Only the new ones remain, and the switch is automatic.

What you get

One dashboard for each question

  • How is today going? Daily overview

  • How are my sales evolving? Sales performance & trends

  • How full are we, and when is it busiest? Capacity, demand & trends

  • What sells, and what do discounts cost me? Products & discount effectiveness

  • How are my promo codes and memberships used? Promotions & memberships

  • Who came, when and where? Attendance & scans

  • How is my point of sale doing? POS statistics, Cashier report

  • Who are my customers? Customer intelligence, Marketing performance, Automated email campaigns

Every number explained

  • Each dashboard opens with a short summary and a link to its help article.

  • Hover the ⓘ info icon next to any figure to see what it means and how it's calculated.

  • The Analytics data catalog lists every figure in one place.

  • Each dashboard shows when its data was last updated, and how often it refreshes.

Here's what you see when you hover the ⓘ info icon:

More control

  • See your revenue with or without VAT

  • Filter by the date the order was placed or the date of the visit

  • Compare any period with the one before

  • Drill down into the detail behind any figure

You'll find these controls at the top of each dashboard:

New insights

  • Sales: refund rate, booking lead time, B2B vs B2C, sales by seller, point of sale and country

  • Memberships: membership revenue next to one-time ticket revenue

  • Discounts: sales before discounts, discounts given, and what you earned after

  • Visitors: expected attendance per time slot, and who's in the venue right now

  • Customers: where they come from and their lifetime value

What happens when

  • From 12 October: your new dashboards, marked New, sit next to your current ones. Explore at your own pace.

  • From 18 October: your current dashboards are marked Legacy, so you always know which is which.

  • 31 October 2026: your current dashboards are retired and only the new ones remain. The switch is automatic, and you don't need to do anything.

Your accounting and custom reports: exact copies

We rebuild your accounting dashboards, and any dashboard built just for you, as exact copies: same layout, same figures. If anything needs to change, we'll contact you first.

Using the Report Builder? Your reports come with you

Before 31 October, you'll automatically get our new report builder, with your existing reports already in it.

  • Pick your figures and breakdowns, then add filters, pivots and totals

  • Drill down into the detail

  • Save your reports and export them

Can't find a figure?

Some figures have a new home. For example, ticket and shop sales are now one figure that you can filter by type.

→ Where to find your figures shows where each figure you use today lives now.

Why a few numbers may look different

Some figures are now calculated more precisely. Attendance, for example, now counts people, not scans: a visitor who scans twice counts once.

  • See how a figure is calculated: hover its ⓘ info icon, or open the Analytics data catalog.

  • Still unsure? Send us the dashboard, the figure and the date range, and we'll walk you through it.

Quick answers

Do I need to do anything? No. Your new dashboards are already in Analytics, and the switch on 31 October is automatic.

Will I lose my reports? No. Accounting and custom dashboards move as exact copies, and your Report Builder reports move to the new report builder for you.

Can I still use my current dashboards? Yes, until 31 October, side by side with the new ones. After that date they are retired.

Why does a number look different? A few figures are now calculated more precisely. The ⓘ info icon next to each one explains how.
