The discount Dashboard explained

This dashboard provides a structured view of applied discounts over a selected period. You can explore the data from overall discounts down to specific products, ticket types, and price categories, with insights into how many tickets were discounted and the financial impact before and after discounts.

To access the dashboard:
Analytics > Sales > Discounts

1. Filters

  • Date range:

    • Sale date range: select date range for the ticket sold

    • Validity time range: select the time range for the ticket’s timeslot (the time when the end customer may attend the venue

  • Discount name: filter by specific discount name whether it is a promocode campaign or an offer.

  • Product: filter by product level

  • Ticket: choose ticket category or show

  • Price: filter by price level (adult, child …)

after adjusting filters, click apply filters. use the refresh button to reload data and share to export or send a link.

2. Columns

  • Discount / product / ticket / price: the hierarchy is structured as follows: at the top level is the discount name, followed by the product, then the ticket type, and finally the price category (e.g. child, adult).

  • Tickets discounted: Number of tickets where a discount was applied.

  • Value before discount: Total gross value of those tickets before any discounts.

  • Discount amount: Total amount discounted across those tickets.

  • Value after discount: Net value of the tickets after the discount has been applied.
