This operational dashboard shows important insights about attendance and scans, it updates with the latest data every 5 minutes.

You have the option to share this dashboard externally via:

  • Web link.

  • Download as PDF or image.

  • Send to an email.

Make sure to press Apply filters button after applying the global filters for the changes to take effect.

1. Attendance and valid tickets

You can filter this dashboard by:

  • Validity date range: start date and time of the ticket falls in the selected range.

  • Activity: the name of the activity

  • Ticket: the name of the ticket.

  • Price: the price name of the ticket.

Key information provided:

  • Number of valid tickets: The number of tickets that are valid for the given validity date range. Memberships are not included.

  • Number of valid tickets scanned: The number of scanned tickets that are valid for the given validity date range. Memberships are not included.

  • Active memberships: The number of active memberships during validity date range, this helps preview the number of attendees.

  • Attendance rate: The rate of attendance based on based on the scanned tickets vs the number of total valid tickets. Memberships are not included.

  • No show rate: The rate of remaining tickets that didn’t show up in their validity dates. Memberships are not included.

  • Attendance rate per ticket: Pie chart showing performance of each ticket based on the attendance rate. Memberships are not included.

1.1. Number of valid tickets and scans overtime

1.2. Details of attendance

2. Scan tickets

This view provides a log of scans performed during a specified period.

You have the ability to filter the scan data based on various criteria, including

  • Scan date range: scan date of the ticket/membership falls in this range.

  • Activity

  • Ticket

  • Price

  • Scanner.

Key information provided:

  • Total number of scans: The number of scanned tickets based on the given date range when they were scanned. Memberships are included.

  • Most scanned tickets: The top 10 scanned tickets showing the which tickets are getting mostly scanned. Memberships are included.

  • Best scanners: The top three scanners in the venue with the number of scanned ticket for each. Memberships are included.

2.1. Number of scans over time

2.2. Details of scans

Detailed view of scanned tickets based on scan date. Memberships are included. It provides the following information:

  • Scan Date: The specific date on which the ticket was scanned.

  • Scanner: The person who scanned the ticket.

  • Activity: The name of the activity associated with the scanned ticket.

  • Ticket: The name of the scanned ticket.

  • Price: The price name of the scanned ticket.

  • Number of scans
