Learn how to add your company logo and a custom text message to the mini-tickets printed at your point of sale, and understand what information appears automatically.

1. What is the POS mini-ticket?

The mini-ticket is the small thermal receipt your point of sale printer generates after each sale. It includes the ticket details and a QR code. You can now personalise it with your logo, a custom message, and it will automatically show additional purchase information.

2. Set up your mini-ticket branding

You can configure two elements directly from your back office: your company logo and a custom text line.

๐Ÿ“Œ How to access: app.smeetz.com > Products > [Your activity] > Mini ticket branding

  1. Go to your activity and open the Mini ticket branding section.

  2. Upload your company logo. It will appear to the left of your company name on the printed ticket. If no logo is uploaded, only the company name is shown.

  3. Add a custom text in the text field. This message appears above the QR code. Leave it empty if you don't need it โ€” no blank space will be left on the ticket.

  4. Click Save.

โœ… Your settings are saved and will apply to all mini-tickets printed from that activity.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Example custom text use case: "Ticket valid once. For re-entry, please request a stamp at the park office."

3. What appears automatically

The following information is printed on every mini-ticket without any setup required.

Purchase date and time โ€” a "Purchased on:" label with the date and time is printed below the price. The format follows your POS locale (e.g. 24 Janv. 2025 โ€“ 15:23 in French, Jan 24, 2025 โ€“ 3:23 PM in English).

Seating category โ€” if the ticket comes from a seating plan, the seat category is displayed next to the pass type (e.g. PASS Y VIP, where "VIP" is the seating category). For standard tickets not linked to a seating plan, only the pass type is shown.
