Navigate to Orders > Attendee list
Apply filters:
Check the number of results:
The system will show how many participants match your filters.
Select all participants:

3. FAQ & quick fixes
Problem: Some participants with “Lost basket” are still appearing.
Solution: Double-check that you added the filter Booking state = Completed
Problem: The number of recipients looks too low.
Solution: Review your date filters—ensure you picked the correct day or range.
