1. Hardware installation
Follow this video to connect the necessary cables and load the paper:
Insert a thermal, continuous paper roll with the following specifications:
Paper width: 80mm
Paper thickness: 0.06mm - 0.1mm
Maximum roll diameter: 83mm
2. Network settings
To connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network, follow the steps in this video:

Turn on the printer
It should automatically start the WI-FI access point and print a receipt similar to this one :
Push and hold the feed button for 3 seconds, the connection info will be printed after a couple of seconds.
Connect to the printer’s WI-FI AP :
Scan the big QR code at the top of the receipt or connect manually to the WI-FI named: DIRECT-TM-m30III-XXXXXXXXXX.
Enter the serial number as the WI-FI password. The serial number is the alphanumeric combination at the end of the WI-FI network name:
If web-config does not start automatically:
Open your browser.
Enter the printer’s IP address in the address bar. It will look something like this:
https://172.16.xxx.xxxYou can find the printer’s IP address on the receipt printed during the Wi-Fi setup process.
Click on WI-FI :
Enter the serial number as the initial password.
Enter the number with a lock icon on the printer’s back as the new password.
Select your WI-FI network and connect to it.
Connection diagnosis will be printed. In case of failure, follow this video (link).
3. Install your printer’s driver on your POS system
Step 1: Download the driver

Step 2: Extract and install
Locate the downloaded
.zipfile and extract it to a folder.
Inside the extracted folder, run
APD_607R1_m30IIIand follow the on-screen installation instructions.
Step 3: Configure the printer settings
If the EPSON TM Printer Settings software does not start automatically after installation, you can manually open it. In the Windows search bar, type EPSON APD6 - TM Printer Settings and open the application.
Adjust the settings as shown in the screenshot below.
PS: The IP Address is automatically detected, don’t change it.
Once you've completed these steps, your printer should be ready to use!
Note that you can adjust the POS settings if you want the receipt to be printed automatically or manually.
Remember, your cash drawer is connected to your receipt printer.
You can adjust in the settings whether the drawer opens automatically or not.
However, if the receipt printer is turned off or disconnected, the cash drawer will not open, even if correctly configured.
