1. Unbox and set up your printer
1. Load the paper roll
Open the receipt printer.
Insert a thermal, continuous paper roll with the following specifications:
Close the printer securely.
2. Connect the printer to the POS screen
You can connect the printer to the POS screen in two ways:
Using two cables:
1 regular power supply
1 USB cable to the POS
Using one cable (optional):
A special single cable that connects directly to the POS without a power supply (must be purchased separately).
3. Power on the printer
Press the power button on the front of the printer.
When the green light is on, the printer is functioning correctly.
If the red light blinks, the printer is still working properly.
Once these steps are completed, your printer is ready to use!
