How to import attendees from the Back-Office

Importing attendees allows you to quickly add multiple participants to your event in bulk.

Updated over a week ago

This feature is available directly in the Back-Office and supports up to 1,000 attendees per import.

For larger or more complex cases, you can either split the data into multiple imports or contact your Account Manager to discuss pricing for having the import handled by our team.

Step 1: Open the attendee import

  1. In the Back-Office, go to Orders → Attendee list.

  2. Click Actions → Import attendees.

Step 2: Select the event details

  1. Choose the correct product.

  2. Select the ticket type / price.

  3. Pick the date and time of the event.

Step 3: Prepare and upload your file

  1. Prepare a CSV file with your attendee data.

    • Each attendee must be on a separate row.

    • Include standard columns such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone.

    • Maximum file size: 1,000 attendees.

  2. Upload the CSV file in the import screen.

Step 4: Map attendee fields

  1. The system will display your CSV headers.

  2. Match each column to the correct attendee field (e.g. First Name → First Name, Email → Email).

  3. Double-check all mappings to avoid errors.

Step 5: Finalise the import

  1. Review the summary before confirming.

  2. Click Import to complete the process.

  3. Once finished, the attendees will appear in the Attendee list of the event.

Best practices

  • Always double-check your CSV file formatting before importing.

  • Use consistent email addresses and names to avoid duplicates.

  • Limit imports to 1,000 attendees per batch.
