How to open, edit or close a timeslot

This article explains how to adjust ticket availability for a specific timeslot directly from the Date View calendar.

To adjust ticket availability for a timeslot:

  1. Go to your calendars: click on Catalogue > Calendars.

  2. Open the Date view calendar

  3. Find your timeslot

  4. To change capacity in bulk, select the timeslots and click on Actions > Change capacity

  5. To change the capacity of a single timslot, go to the capacity column > Click the pen icon next to the capacity number

  6. Use the – / + buttons to decrease or increase the number of available tickets

  7. Click Confirm to save your changes

The value in the Available column will update accordingly.
