Smeetz offers three types of calendars, each serving a different purpose:
1. Date View
Shows a list of all your timeslots (including the number of booked tickets, pending tickets, scanned tickets and the total capacity)
Use this view to modify the capacity of existing timeslots (for example, to close a specific slot)
As with all our lists, you can create custom views tailored to your preferences.
You can find more details about filters in this article: manage filters in list.
Actions from date view
Edit the number of available tickets (open/close a timeslot): read tutorial here
Add an attendee to a product by clicking on Add attendee. This redirects you to the create a sale page (instructions to create a sale).
Select timeslots and click on Actions to export the data to Excel or bulk change capacity.
Access the attendees of a product (by time slot) by clicking on view. You will be redirected to the attendee list page with the selection of attendees.
2. Daily / Weekly / Monthly View
Displays your timeslots in a calendar layout (day, week, or month)
Use this view to create new timeslots or place orders manually
⚠️ Tip: Make Your Calendars Easier to Read
If your calendars are full of products and timeslots, they can quickly become hard to read.
To keep them clear and usable, we recommend using filters and custom views as explained above:
Add up to 5 calendars side by side, each with different filters
Use the cogwheel icon next to each calendar name to filter by product, timeslot type, or other criteria
Actions from Daily / Weekly / Monthly view
Change the date: Click on the date range at the top of the calendar. A pop-up calendar will appear, allowing you to quickly switch to another day.
Create a booking: Click on an existing timeslot to create a new booking. This will redirect you to the Create a Sale page with the timeslot details pre-filled.
View attendees or bookings: Click on See attendees or See bookings within a timeslot to view the corresponding list.
Create a new timeslot: Click on an empty space in the calendar to add a new timeslot manually.
3. Occupancy View
Displays a calendar of bookings based on available resources
Use this view to manage bookings tied to teams, rooms, or equipment
⚠️ This view requires a resource setup ➤ Please contact your Account Manager to activate it.
Go to this article for more information about the occupancy calendar.
4. Settings of the calendars
You will find the settings at the bottom of the list of available calendars.
General Settings: Here you can select when your working week starts for all the calendars (except the date view).

Weekly Calendar:
Same as for the daily calendar, you can select here the visible time range and which information you want to display on your timeslots
You can also choose which days you want to be displayed on the calendar.

Here, as the calendar displays the entire month, you can only select which information you want to display on your timeslots.
Remember to press Save after adjusting your settings.
