Note that some names can vary based on your Android version, but the steps remain the same more or less.
How to pin the Kiosk App
Go to your device Settings
Open Settings > Security (or Security & Location, depending on the Android version).
Enable Screen Pinning
Scroll down and/or tap on Advanced security.
Select Screen Pinning.
Turn it ON.
Also enable Ask for PIN before unpinning (recommended for security).
Open the Smeetz Kiosk App
Open Recent Apps view
Tap the square (Overview) button or swipe up (depending on your Android version).Pin the App
On the Smeetz app window, tap the pin icon (📌) in the lower-right corner.
The screen is now locked to the Smeetz app. The user cannot exit or switch apps.
How to unpin the Kiosk App
Press and hold Back + Overview (square) at the same time.
Enter your device’s PIN or pattern if prompted.
