The Pause Membership feature will allow you to temporarily suspend a member's active membership. Putting the subscription on hold can be useful if a client won't be able to visit your establishment for an extended or indefinite period of time.
How to Pause a Membership
Access the Membership: Navigate to the specific membership you want to pause.
Select the "Pause Membership" Action: Click on the "Pause Membership" button or option.
Choose a Pause Option:
Immediate Pause: Pauses the membership immediately.
Scheduled Pause: Sets a future date for the membership to be paused.
Confirm the Pause: Review the details of the pause and confirm your action.
Membership status changed from Active to Paused.
How to resume a Paused Membership
Access the Paused Membership: select the membership that is currently paused.
Select the "Resume Membership" Action: click on the "Resume Membership" button or option.
Confirm the Resume: review the details of the resume and confirm your action.
Important Considerations
Membership Validity: When a membership is paused, the remaining validity period is preserved. Upon resuming, the membership will continue from where it was paused and the end validity will be postponed by the time it was paused.
Scheduled Pauses and Resumes: Organizers can schedule both pauses and resumes in advance, ensuring that memberships are automatically activated and deactivated as needed.
Email Notifications: Both members and organizers will receive email notifications about membership pauses and resumes.
