The booking settings are specific to each activity. You can access them under: Products > Booking settings.
1. Transaction fees
You have the option to pass the Smeetz Pay transaction fees on to the customer by selecting yes.
2. Lausanne entertainment tax
For organizers based in the city of Lausanne, the Lausanne Entertainment Tax (IDIV) is enabled by default on all created events.
If you have a formal exemption issued by the Service de l’Économie of the City of Lausanne, please contact us at support@smeetz.com so we can apply it.
ℹ️ This setting cannot be disabled in self-service.
2.1. How Smeetz handles IDIV automatically
Smeetz now automates all mandatory communications with the City of Lausanne:
Daily declaration of new events subject to Lausanne city
Daily notification of all ticket sales starting the next day. Please make sure to do the setups in advance to ensure smooth communication.
