On your POS, by clicking on your "initials" in the top right, you can access the "point of sale settings".
On the configuration page, you can choose the following settings:
1. How to scan bookings
Select whether
POS sales are considered automatically scanned
or if they need to be manually scanned at the end of each sale.
2. How to print tickets
Here are the options:
Select if tickets and labels are printed automatically or if they need to be selected manually at the end of each sale.
Select the type of ticket to print (see below)
If you are printing thermal tickets, select the printer.
If you are printing labels, select the printer.
These settings are important if you print tickets on-site. You have 2 types of tickets to choose from depending on your printer type.
Regular tickets = thermal tickets printed with a Zebra printer (in addition to your receipt printer)
Simple cash tickets = ticket with QR code printed with the receipt printer machine (in addition to the standard receipt ticket). If you use this option, note that when selling gift cards, the code will be added.

If the configuration is correct but you are still unable to print, check the following:
The PrintNode application must be active - if it's not, open it.
Ensure the correct printer is connected. Go to the Windows symbol (bottom left) > Settings > If "BTP - S80" is not selected > Select it and save it as the default printer.
3. Peripherals and Cash Drawer
Select the peripherals you are working on (it must be created beforehand in the back office: process)

4. Payment Settings
If you enable the "Complete Order with Balance" option, you can finalize a reservation with an open balance from the POS.
