The B2B & partners dashboard shows the revenue Smeetz delivers through a venue's distribution and partner channels — the channel-mix premium, upsell revenue and Smeetz ROI per venue — alongside which Smeetz modules each venue actively uses.
Quick overview
This dashboard turns a venue's sales into a value story: how much revenue Smeetz-operated channels drive (net of partner commission), the upsell revenue on top, a single Smeetz ROI figure and ratio per venue, and how broadly the venue has adopted the platform across its modules. Use it to prove value in account reviews and to spot adoption gaps.
Who this is for
Primary: Smeetz account managers preparing venue reviews.
Secondary: Commercial and revenue leads assessing channel mix and module adoption across the portfolio.
When to use it
Use it in account and performance reviews to see how much revenue Smeetz channels and modules generate for each venue, and where there is room for the venue to adopt more of the platform.
Why use this dashboard
It answers a simple question: what is Smeetz worth to this venue? You see the revenue driven through Smeetz-operated channels (e-commerce, chatbot, kiosk, travel partners), net of partner commission, plus upsell revenue, expressed as a Smeetz ROI figure and ratio. It also shows how broadly the venue uses the platform, so you can spot venues that would benefit from more modules.

The dashboard header shows a Last data refresh time. Check that tile to see how up to date the figures are.
Known limitations
Smeetz ROI is a v1 estimate: it counts revenue through Smeetz-operated channels (e-commerce, chatbot, kiosk, travel partners) net of an 18% partner-commission estimate, plus upsell revenue. Dynamic-pricing uplift is not yet included.
Feature usage covers four modules (Sales & Channels, Marketing Automation, Point of Sale, Scanning & Access Control). Promotions & vouchers, checkout funnel, memberships and stock are not yet included, and back-office activity is not measured here.
Customer type (B2B, B2C, Internal) is derived from the sales channel, not set per customer.
Two time windows: the sales and ROI tiles follow the Date range filter; the feature-usage tiles follow the Usage date range filter.
