1. Login & Configuration Selection
For your first login, use your Smeetz email and password.
Afterwards, you can authenticate with a saved QR code or access code for quick login.
2. Scanner settings
Once connected, you will land on the following page
2.1. Area
You can select the area you want to scan in this section. Area set-up is done from the Back Office.
2.2. Sales Collection and Tickets
You can choose to scan either a Sales Collection or individual tickets.
Please note that the scanner can only be set up with a sales collection or individual tickets — the two options cannot be combined.
You need to type in the search bar to select your ticket or sales collection, the options shown in the dropdown are just the first suggestions.
Once you have made your selection, you will be able to select the start and end Date & Time by clicking on the date and the hour.
Settings will show a green mark ✅once active.
Once you have set all your settings, you can save and start scanning.

3.1. Scanning mode
Scan a whole booking at once
It is possible to scan all the tickets of a reservation in one scan, instead of scanning every ticket individually.
Click on the person icon. An icon with two people will then appear, along with a green success message confirming that the setting has been successfully changed.
You can also change this setting from the Home menu.
Once you scan one of the tickets, a list of all the tickets included in that reservation will appear.
To scan all tickets: All tickets are selected by default; simply confirm to proceed.
If one of the participants is missing, just uncheck their ticket from the list. They will still be able to scan their ticket individually when they arrive at the event.
