Personalise your booking flow with prices and colours

You can now personalise your booking flow and create urgency by showing price and availability information on time slots directly.

Go to: Product > Select a ticket > Time slot display options

You have 3 types of customisation available:

1. Show ticket price with colour coding on the time slot

If you are not using dynamic pricing, the colour and price for each time slot will remain the same.

  1. Enable the strategy.

  2. Select the price range for which you want to adjust the price colour, and set the colour:

    • Low price = from 1 to 10 (as this indicates higher availability, we usually advise a green colour).

    • Medium price = from 10 to 20 (as this indicates average availability, we usually advise an orange colour).

    • High price = from 20 to infinity (as this indicates low availability, we usually advise a red colour).

2. Show availability with colour coding on the time slot

Show your customers how many spots are available for each time slot.

Enable the strategy.

  1. Select whether to display the availability as text inside the time slot or as a badge. The badge can be placed inside the field or in the top-right corner.

  2. Select the availability range for which you want to adjust the availability colour, and set the colour:

  • Low availability = from 0 to 10 spots left (we usually advise a red colour).

  • Medium availability = from 10 to 20 spots left (we usually advise an orange colour).

  • High availability = from 20 to infinity spots left (we usually advise a green colour).

Note: if the price is already displayed as text in the time slot, the availability cannot also be shown as text.

Here is what the booking flow can look like with a badge:

3. Enable a "Fear of Missing Out" strategy

You can highlight the most popular time slots by enabling one of the following two strategies.

3.1 "Hurry up!" strategy

With this strategy, you can display how many tickets remain for the most in-demand time slots, creating urgency for the user. This strategy replaces the availability display once the defined threshold is reached (here, 1 ticket remaining).

  • Select the style of the message.

  • Define at how many remaining tickets the strategy activates.

  • Select the colours.

3.2 "Sold out!" strategy

With this strategy, you can display which time slots are already sold out.

  • Select the style of the message.

  • Select the colours.
