Learn how to reuse existing campaigns by duplicating them, and keep your template list tidy by deleting templates you no longer need.

1. Duplicate an email campaign

Duplicating a campaign creates an identical copy in Draft status. All settings — subject line, recipients, schedule, and content — are copied so you can edit and send it straight away.

📌 How to access: app.smeetz.com > Marketing > Email

  1. From the campaign list, find the campaign you want to duplicate.

  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the campaign.

  3. Select Duplicate.

A new campaign appears in the list with the name "Duplicate of [original campaign name]" and the status set to Draft. You can rename and edit it before sending.

✅ A confirmation banner reads: "Campaign duplicated successfully."

2. Delete an email template

You can delete any template you created yourself. Default Smeetz templates cannot be deleted and will not show a delete option.

📌 How to access: app.smeetz.com > Marketing > Email > Create a campaign > Select a template

  1. In the template selection screen, locate the template you want to delete.

  2. Click the delete icon (×) that appears on your custom templates.

  3. A confirmation pop-up appears: "Are you sure you want to delete this template? This action cannot be undone."

  4. Click Confirm to permanently delete the template.

✅ A confirmation banner reads: "Template deleted successfully."

⚠️ Deletion is permanent. Make sure you no longer need the template before confirming.
