How to send quotes, invoices, and tickets

Understand when emails are sent, depending if a sale is made online or through internal sales, and what actions are taken in each case.

1. Step-by-step guide

Online Purchase

  • When a customer completes an online payment:
    Tickets are sent automatically.

Internal Sales – via Create an Order

  • Order completed without payment (balance remains):
    → No emails are sent automatically.

  • Order completed with payment:
    → No emails are sent automatically.

How to manually send tickets for a standard order

  1. After the internal booking, click "Send ticket and receipt" in the confirmation pop-up.

  2. Or go to the order and click "Resend order".

Internal Sales – via Create a Quote or Invoice

Quote creation

  • When you create a quote:
    → No emails are sent automatically.

How to manually send a quote

  1. After the internal booking, click "Send" in the confirmation pop-up.

  2. Or go to the invoice and click "Send quote".

Invoice creation

  • When a quote is converted to an invoice:
    → No emails are sent automatically.

  • When an invoice is created without payment (balance remains):
    → No emails are sent automatically.

  • When a payment is added to an invoice:
    → No emails are sent automatically.

How to manually send an invoice

  1. After the internal booking, click "Send" in the confirmation pop-up.

  2. Or go to the invoice and click "Send invoice".

How to manually send tickets for an invoice

  1. Go to the order and click "Resend order".

2. FAQ & quick fixes

  • Problem: Customer didn’t receive tickets after an internal booking.

    • Solution: Send them manually via confirmation pop-up or Resend order.

  • Problem: I sent a quote but customer says they didn’t get it.

    • Solution: Quotes are never automatic. Use Send quote manually.

3. Limits

  • Only online purchases trigger automatic ticket emails.

  • All internal sales (orders, quotes, invoices) require manual sending.
