The Swiss QR-bill payment method is ideal for organizations looking to simplify bank transfer payments in Switzerland. While the process requires manual reconciliation, it is easy to manage via the back office or POS once set up properly.
1. Creating a Sale in the Back Office with Swiss QR-bill payment method.
When creating a sale in the back-office, under the payment section you can select Bank transfer with Swiss QR-Bill > click on apply.
Upon creation, the payment will be marked as Pending.
Once the bank transfer is received, the operator can manually update the status to Paid through the back-office.
1.1. Updates to the Invoice Template
When the payment method Bank Transfer with Swiss QR-bill is selected: The invoice will display the QR code for bank transfers.
The invoice won’t have the QR code if there’s no pending payment with that payment method.

1.3 Steps to reconcile your order
For the payment method Bank Transfer with Swiss QR-bill, you must manually mark payments as completed.
In the order view, locate the payment and click the Mark as Completed button.
A pop-up window will appear:
Set the Payment Date.
Confirm the payment.
The payment status will then change to completed:
2. Create a sale in POS
Add items to the cart as usual.
Proceed to payment and select Swiss QR code bank transfer.
Confirm the selected payment method.
You will be prompted to select a customer to send the invoice with the QR code:
After selecting the customer, click Confirm payment.
To send the invoice:
Click Send Invoice, then Send
The customer will receive an email with the attached invoice containing the QR code.
