Go to the Promotional Campaign menu
You can find it under the Marketing tab.
Add new Promotional Campaign
Add a name
Chose the type of discount to apply
A flat-rate discount on the total amount of the ticket (e.g. CHF 20 discount on a ticket worth CHF 100).
A percentage discount on the total amount of the ticket (e.g. 20% discount on a ticket worth CHF 100).
Chose the type of promocode you want to apply
You must then determine the code length, your Prefix (e.g WELCOME/HELLO/PROMO and your Suffix (e.g 2026/26) and the total number of codes that you want to have (maximum 1000). The codes are separated by a space in the keyboard.
Chose on what level does the promocode will apply
Chose the validity of your promo codes
Add a picture to your campaign on your POS
This step is not compulsory, you can then click on the save button
Where do promo codes apply?
Online
Codes are applicable in the booking flow, in the checkout section :
If the code is invalid, the error message "This code is invalid, check the code or the validity date" will pop up on the top right hand corner.
If the code is valid, a validation message will pop-up on the top right hand corner.
You can then apply other codes, or remove the code that you just applied.
Codes get burned only after the customer payment.The basket will be instantly updated with the new amount due.

Additional tip
You can the validity of your promo codes or gift cards on the booking flow, them remove them safely as shown previously. This is helpful in situations where a customer is unable to successfully apply the code, allowing you to determine whether it’s due to a manual error or a setup issue.
