Archive a product

This article will show you how to archive a product that are in end of sales.

It is not possible to delete an activity that you have created. You can, however, archive any activity that does not have an active reservation in the future.

1. How to archive a product

  1. Click on Products on the top bar.

    1. Select the activity to be archived and click on View.

      1. Click on Activity Details, under Ticketing Status disable ticketing (otherwise it will prevent cancellation).

      2. Still under Product Details, under Publication Status select Archived.

    2. Straight from the Products menu.

All archived products will appear under: Products > Archived products.

2.Additional tips

  • Archived product are not deleted, and it's possible to set an archived product back to draft or published.

  • All active tickets will be automatically deactivated when the product is archived.

  • We recommend regularly archiving past products to maintain clear visibility of your active ones.
