Print gift cards
Updated over a week ago
  1. When gift cards are purchased at the door, users will receive a card with a QR and voucher code.

  2. They can redeem the voucher amount both online and onsite:

    1. The user can use the voucher code to make bookings online. They have to process a regular booking > add tickets to the basket > enter the voucher code into the “discount" field > continue to payment (the amount of the card will be deducted from the booking).

Tips and tricks for printed cards

  • Back side: Design the back of the card in advance to have your design/logo printed on it. With Smeetz, you will only be able to print the fields explained above on the front side.

  • Front side: If you want a background colour for the front of the card, use a pastel colour to ensure the text printed on top of it is easy to read. Otherwise, keep it white.
