Updated this week

1. Create a payment terminal

  1. From the back office, go to Account Details > Peripherals.

  2. Select Payment Terminals > Add Terminal > Add a supplier name, terminal ID, and terminal type.

ℹ️ The terminal ID must follow the structure below to connect to POS or kiosk : [terminal model]-[serial number]. The serial number, also referred as S/N can be found on the back of the terminal.

Examples :

  3. These devices need to be linked afterwards with a physical POS or KIOSK device. One device should only be linked to one physical device.

  4. If you want to create a safe, which won’t be linked to a device, please contact your Account manager.

ℹ️ Impotant note

The option “Mark device as end-of-life” checkbox enables you to deprecate/archive a device. Once saved, the POS/KIOSK will be unlinked. In case of the POS, it will be unliked after closing the last sales session.

On the POS :

  1. Click on your profile and go to POS settings.

  2. On Devices, select one of the unassigned devices.

  3. After saving, your physical device will now be linked and new features will be enabled.

  2. You will now be able to do cash transfer from and to other devices on the POS.

    1. Transfer in : money that you added to the drawer from another device or safe.

    2. Transfer out : money that you took out of the drawer and sent to another device or safe.

  3. When closing sales, you will also be able to indicate whether the money will be placed in another location or kept in the cash drawer.

ℹ️ The money transfers will appear in the receipt and impact your drawer content accordingly.
