Archive a product
This article will help you understand how it is possible to archive an activity on app.smeetz.com.
It is not possible to delete an activity that you have created. You can, however, archive any activity that does not have an active reservation in the future.
How to archive a product
- Click on "Products" on the top bar.
- Select the activity to be archived and click on "View".
- Click on "Activity Details", under "Ticketing Status" disable ticketing (otherwise it will prevent cancellation).
- Make sure that there are no more active bookings for your activity.
- Still under "Activity Details", under "Publication Status" select "Archived".
All deleted activities will appear under: "Products" > "Archived Activities"
