You can print pvc cards for membership cards directly onsite.
Depending on whether your visitors will need to make reservations, there are 2 types of membership cards that you can offer.
Option 1: Print membership cards requiring a reservation
This membership can allow unlimited visits or a specific number of visits (for example 10). It is mostly used for attractions where maximum capacity can be reached (for example a trampoline park or a theatre show).
- When memberships are purchased at the door, users will receive a card with a QR and voucher code.
- Then, they will be required to make a booking for every visit in order to reserve a spot (the user will not pay, as the membership allows "free" entry).
- The user can use the voucher code to make bookings online. They have to process a regular booking > add tickets to the basket > enter the voucher code into the “discount" field > continue without paying
- Or scan the QR code to make bookings onsite at the point of sale or self-service kiosk.
Option 2: Print membership cards with free access
This is for example for memberships valid for a year. The user can simply get the membership's QR code scanned at the entrance to check validity. No reservations are necessary.
What will be displayed on the membership cards
- The owner's photo
- The first name and last name
- The QR code
- The voucher code
- The membership title
- The membership validity
Tips and tricks for printed cards
- Back side: Design the back of the card in advance to have your design/logo printed on it. With Smeetz, you will only be able to print the fields explained above on the front side.
- Front side: If you want a background colour for the front of the card, use a pastel colour to ensure the text printed on top of it is easy to read. Otherwise, keep it white.
