Install self-service kiosks

This article explains how to install the kiosks to start onsite sales.

1. Install the hardware

The installation process will depend on the kiosk provider chosen. The main action to do is link the payment terminal to the kiosk

2. Install the software

  1. Go to the Google Play Store > Download the "Smetz Kiosk" App

  2. Add the App to your desktop and open it
  3. Enter your Smeetz Group ID

  4. Select a payment terminal
    1. To know which terminal you have connected to the Kiosk, click on "9" and the "green button" > Information
  5. Choose a device
    1. Ensure you have pre-created the device in the back-office: Account details > Peripherals > Devices > Add a deviceScreenshot 2024-03-11 at 13.51.23
  6. Select a sales collection

  7. Click 'Submit' followed by 'Finish'.
