Example scenario
An organiser offers two types of tickets — one for car parking and another for a shuttle bus. If a user selects a car park ticket, the shuttle bus ticket should automatically become free (if selected as well). To enable this, you’ll need to create an offer that makes all shuttle bus tickets free when combined with car park tickets.
Steps to set this up
For each car park ticket, create a separate offer that makes the shuttle bus ticket free when both are in the basket.
Do not combine multiple car park tickets into a single offer with the shuttle ticket. If you do, the discount will only apply when all car park tickets are selected together.
Navigate to Marketing → Offers.
When creating each offer:
Give the offer a clear name (e.g., “Free Shuttle with [Car Park Type]”).
Add a Product Condition for the relevant car park ticket.
Set the Discount Type to Buy X, Get Y Free, applying it to the shuttle bus ticket.
Enter a sufficiently high Quantity of discounted items so the offer always applies on selected shuttle bus tickets regardless of their quantity.
Optionally, adjust validity dates and offer restrictions in the lower sections.
