1. The advantages of having a specific dashboard for your promoters

The promoter dashboard allows you to limit the visibility of your products' statistics and sales figures from your promoters. This ensures they only have access to the product they are managing. The statistics they will access do not contain fees charged by Smeetz.

2. How to create a user with the promoter access

  1. Click on your initials, then under Account details, select Team
  2. Select Create user
  3. Fill in their email address and under Role, scroll down and chose "Promoter"
  4. Now choose the access you wish to assign to them. It is important to limit their view. On "Product & order tables" select "Specific" then select the specific ticket(s) relevant to the promoter. This will restrict which ticket(s) can be seen by the promoter.

3. How to define the limit of your promoter view

For the purpose of restricting your promoter's view, you need to manually create a sales collection, which includes every activity they need analytics and reporting on. To do so, visit the sales collection page (under "Products"), and follow the steps.
